The Restaurant "51/A", completely renovated during the summer in 2008 with specially designed stylish furnishings, can seat up to 150 people; the chef Fabio Ferri offers specialities from Parma’s renowned culinary tradition as well as international cuisine.
Hot and cold buffets, convivial and full-dress dinners, events for groups and sports teams can also be organised in the cool and relaxing summer garden. The cellar has an interesting selection of wines and spirits and guests are expertly looked after by our highly qualified staff.
