Cibus Tec fair in Parma

The countdown has begun for the 2011 edition of the Cibus TEC, the most important exhibition in the world dedicated to the processing and packaging sectors of vegetables, fruit, milk and dairy products.

At the Parma Fair, 18-21st of October 2011, the exhibition will announce important new features for this edition, starting with a major assessment of the demands of the market and ending with the effective collaboration of the most representative companies of Italian food dye, which have already been working for some months to identify the market trends, provide internationalisation of the exhibition and create the content of the exhibition and meetings. 

Furthermore, at Cibus Tec 2011, there will be a new section dedicated to ichthyic (‘Meat & Seafood’), a convention on the manufacturing and commercial prospects of fresh goods (‘Fresh Tec Day’), a section dedicated to logistics (‘Logistically on Food’) and the Pasta Technology Forum. Moreover, there is also a lot of expectation amongst industry workers for the World Dairy Summit which will be held in Parma for the first time in 55 years.

Cibus TEC involves 4 days of intense work and relations and, during these 4 days, over 1,000 exhibitors and operators from the sector are employed. An oasis can be found at the end of every day, however, at one of Parma’s INC Hotels Group properties which boast a solid tradition in the hospitality of business clientele since they know the guests’ requirements very well and ensure the staff are always ready and attentive to satisfy every need.
