Large apartments of approx. 50 square metres which can be used as private apartments
and/or offices.
The apartments are on two levels: the lower level is the day area with a double sofa-bed and a well- equipped kitchen unit which can be closed away if needed, leaving only the day/office area linked by a handy staircase to the mansarded upper level with a double bed.
This type of apartment is located in a completely new building next to the residence, guarded behind the same gate but with totally independent entrances: a feature which also make them ideal as professional premises (surgeries, professional offices …).
